Create an account with us and receive points for every purchase made ($1 = 10 Points) and participate in customized point challenges to accelerate your earning. Plus, get rewards for referring friends, on the first day of your birthday month, and more surprise bonuses. By earning points, you will advance into new membership tiers, giving you access to even more benefits like free delivery and exclusive goop Kitchen experiences.

What if I don’t have a mobile device?

You will be able to login on our website order.goopkitchen.com to manage your account, earn points, and claim rewards.

How do you use my personal and purchase information?

We do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.

How do I earn points?

Simply visit order.goopkitchen.com, login to your goop Kitchen Insider account and submit your order.

I did not get points for my purchase. What can I do?

Please take a photo of the receipt and send it in to help@goopkitchen.com.

How do I know how many points I have earned?

You can check your account balance at any time by visiting order.goopkitchen.com and logging in to your goop Kitchen Insider account.

My receipt was for a higher amount than the points I received, why?

You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

Besides points, are there other ways to get free food and discounts?

Yes, you can unlock additional rewards and discounts by leveling up to the next loyalty tier in the goop Kitchen Insider program and customized point challenges can accelerate your earning.

I earned a reward; how do I redeem it?

To redeem, follow these simple steps:

• Visit order.goopkitchen.com, login to your goop Kitchen Insider account, add all items to your cart including the item you plan on redeeming the reward for. After all items have been added to your cart proceed to the checkout screen and click apply on the reward you wish to redeem.

If I earn more than one reward, can I save them and use them later?

Rewards can be saved until they expire. You can only redeem one reward per transaction.

I have multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?

You can only redeem one reward per transaction.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes, all rewards eventually expire, although we do our best to give you enough time to redeem. You can check your account for current rewards and view expiration dates.

What are bonus point challenges?

Getting to the next tier is even easier with bonus point challenges. Periodically we will offer challenges that need to be completed in certain time period. If you complete one of these challenges (for example, purchasing every salad on the menu or ordering 3 times in a week) then you will be rewarded with bonus points.

Do my Insider points reset?

Your Insider points will be reset on the first day of each year, where you will then start accruing new points. You'll maintain your current tier status throughout the year, enjoying all the benefits associated with it. However, there's always the chance to unlock an even higher tier this year!
